In 2007, Norman founded his namesake brand, acquiring Neiman Marcus as his first retail account. At 26, he became the youngest couture vendor with the legacy retailer. By 2010 the label began selling at Saks Fifth Avenue, further increasing distribution throughout North America. In 2015, Norman signed a license agreement with The NewMont Group and ventured into luxury outerwear, successfully expanding distribution to and Bloomingdales in the U.S., Holt Renfrew in Canada and El Corte Ingles in Spain. Norman won awards for his collection including the Gold Coast Fashion Award for womenswear and the FGI Rising Star Award for women's ready-to-wear.

In 2021, Norman transitioned to focus primarily on consulting, utilizing his 20+ years of expertise to nurture new and established brands.
